An Interspiritual Health Coach is a Certified and Ordained professional who integrates diverse spiritual traditions and holistic health practices to guide individuals on their journey to overall well-being. Unlike traditional health coaches who may focus primarily on physical health or specific lifestyle changes, interspiritual health coaches consider the spiritual dimensions of health, drawing from various religious and spiritual traditions to support the individual's unique path.
Interspiritual/Integrative Health Coaching goes beyond prescribing a single diet or lifestyle. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I embrace the concept of Bio-individuality – the understanding that each person is unique, with distinct dietary, lifestyle, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. Instead, I partner with my clients to help them discover how to nourish their Bodies, Minds, and Spirits, empowering them to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.
My journey toward a healthy lifestyle has shown me that wellness is not a one-size-fits-all path. Early on, I recognized the need for balance between the body, mind, and spirit, leading me to explore various disciplines. Spirituality has been a lifelong journey for me, and I am now an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister through the One Spirit Learning Alliance in NYC. This spiritual foundation deeply informs my approach to health coaching.
As an IIN Certified Health Coach, I have trained in over 100 dietary theories and studied under experts like Joan Borysenko, PhD, Andrew Weil, MD, and Joshua Rosenthal, M. Ed. I hold a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Health Coaching with a concentration in Applied Nutrition, and Certifications in Bereavement Studies and Addiction Recovery, as a CASAC-T.
I have advanced training in Gut Biome, Thyroid, and Hormone Health, and I am passionate about integrating spirituality with holistic health. My approach is empathetic, respectful, and proactive, honoring each individual's unique journey.
